Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Please email contact@proux.uk with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution.


Important Notes

  • Claims made after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted
  • We may request additional information before processing your claim
  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion
