THE PROVENANCE
Our Raw honey comes from Tambacounda in south-eastern Senegal, a region known for its rich natural landscapes and beekeeping traditions. Sustainably harvested by local beekeepers, the honey reflects the diverse flora surrounding the hives.

TRADITIONALLY
Honey has long been valued in Senegal as a natural sweetener and everyday ingredient, enjoyed in drinks and infusions, and used in traditinal recipes.

THE PROVENANCE
Our hibiscus is sourced from Senegal, where the deep red calyces are harvested, dried, and finely milled into a vibrant powder. Naturally tart and distinctive, it brings one of Senegal's most recognisable ingredients into an easy-to-use form.

TRADITIONALLY
Known as bissap in Senegal, hibiscus is high in antioxidants and traditionally infused in water to make the much-loved drink of the same name. Usually served chilled and sweetened, bissap is enjoyed in homes, at celebrations, and as part of everyday Senegalese life.

MORINGA POWDER

THE PROVENANCE
Our moringa is sourced from Senegal, where the leaves of the moringa tree are harvested, dried, and finely milled into a vibrant green powder. With its distinctive earthy flavour, it offers a simple way to bring this widely valued Senegalese ingredient into everyday cooking.

TRADITIONALLY
Known locally as nébéday, moringa has long been used in Senegalese food traditions. Its leaves contain protein, fibre, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron and Potassium. The leaves are incorporated into dishes and sauces, while moringa is also commonly prepared as an infusion or tea.

Our baobab is sourced from Senegal, where the fruit grows on the iconic baobab tree. The naturally dry fruit pulp is separated from the pod and finely milled into a soft powder with a distinctive, gently tangy flavour.

TRADITIONALLY
Known as bouye in Senegal, baobab fruit is high in fibre and Vitamin C. It's traditionally used to prepare a much-loved drink of the same name. The pulp is mixed with water and commonly sweetened to create a creamy, refreshing drink enjoyed in homes and across Senegal.
